You hesitate between an apple tart or a crumble? Try this recipe to combine both.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Buttered a tart pan and transfer the pastry dough. Refrigerate.
2. In a bowl, work using your fingertips all the ingredients for the crumble topping until a sandy consistency. Place in the fridge.
3. Preheat the oven to th. 7/8 – 220°C. Peel, seed the apples and cut into thin slices.
4. Spread the apple compote onto the tart shell, arrange the apple slices on the entire surface, sprinkle with crumble topping without packing.
5. Bake for about 40 minutes on a rack in the lower position until the tart is golden brown. Serve hot or warm.
