Filled with a coffee cream, mocha meringue is a real treat. In addition, the recipe is very easy to make.

Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 4-120°C. Draw 2 circles of 20 cm diameter on a parchment paper sheet.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites and add 100 g of sugar and the cornstarch.
3. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and pipeon the circles. Bake for 2 hours.
4. Beat the egg yolks and butter until a creamy texture. Add the remaining sugar. Dissolve the instant coffee in 1 tablespoon of water, add the liqueur, then add to the previous batter.
5. Spread the mocha cream on a meringue and smooth. Cover with the other meringue.
