General informations
Ingredients
1. Break 200 g of dark chocolate in a saucepan. Add 10 cl of water and 40 cl of cream. Bring to a boil, then allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add 5 cl of strong coffee and 80 g of sugar and cook, on low heat, stirring occasionally.
3. By the end of cooking, add 80 g of butter cut in pieces, stirring until a smooth cream.
4. Divide the cream into 6 ramekins and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
