General informations
Ingredients
1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie until a smooth cream.
2. Spread discs of chocolate of about 5cm in diameter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Divide the almonds, hazelnuts, raisins and pistachios on the discs. Set aside for 3 hours in the fridge, then pry them off delicately.
