For a delicious dessert, here’s a quick recipe to prepare chocolate creams.

1.Heat 40 g of flour and 50 g of melted butter. As for a béchamel, pour 1 liter of whole milk, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add in 75 g of sugar.

2. Add 200 g of dark chocolate, cut into small pieces. Leave to boil for 5 to 10 minutes, stir with the spoon. Divide into small jars, cool and refrigerate.
