General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven at th. 6 – 180°C. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and parmesan. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the yoghurt, oil and thyme.
2. Mix the two preparations with the aid of a spatula without overworking the mixture. Divide into 6 or 12 moulds and bake for 25 minutes. Leave the muffins to cool or cool them on a grill before removing from the mould.
Our cooking tip: Don’t add salt, the parmesan is already very salty. Enjoy with a green salad.
