1. Shred 3 slices of bacon and fry in a wok. Peel 3 potatoes and dice into cubes. Fry them 15 minutes in the wok with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside in a dish.

2. Whip up 10 cl of milk with 5 eggs. Salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a clean wok and heat stirring vigorously.

3. When cooking is almost finished, add the bacon and potatoes. Stir and serve.
