Pot chicken with bacon and mushrooms

Try your hand at this delicious chicken with bacon and mushrooms.

1. Wash, dry and cut mushrooms into strips mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Rinse and mince the parsley.

2. In a saucepan, bring  25 cl of water to a boil and immerse the stock cube. Allow it to dissolve and set aside.

3. In a pot, in 50 g of butter, cook the bacon with mushrooms, onion and garlic for 10 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon. Remove from the pot and set aside.

4. In the same pot, brown the whole chicken, adding 30 g of butter. Deglaze with white wine. Add the broth, bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 45 minutes over low heat. Stir and put back the bacon mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Plate the cut chicken with the mixture aside.
