Ingredients
1. Soak the bread in the milk.
2. Peel the onions and garlic. Chop finely.
3. Put the meat, onion, garlic and bread in the bowl of a food processor. Blend, then add the capers and tomato sauce.
4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the egg, mozzarella and chopped basil. Salt and pepper. Mix well. Form meatballs with your hands and roll them in a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.
5. Fry the meatballs in olive oil over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with a rocket salad.
