General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Peel and chop 1 clove garlic. Insert it in 1 fresh goat cheese with 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs.
2. Rinse and chop 1 bunch of parsley. Mix it with 30 g of softened butter, salt and pepper. Place it under the chicken skin, from the neck and the breasts.
3. Stuff the chicken with cheese/garlic and herbs. Brush with oil and place it in an oiled oven dish.
4. Dilute 1 poultry stock cube in 30 cl of boiling water. Pour into the dish and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting regularly.
