Goat cheese and honey flammekueche
Travel to Alsace with this recipe of flammekueche with goat cheese and honey.
1. pour the flour in a salad bowl, dig a well, add a pinch of salt and 40 cl of warm water. Knead the dough by hand by bringing the flour to the center. Knead for about 10 minutes until it comes off the walls of the bowl. Form a ball, cover and let rest for 1 hour in a warm place. <span title="Pétrissez à nouveau pendant 5 minutes et laissez gonfler encore 1 heure.</p>
<p>">Knead again for 5 minutes and let it rise for 1 hour.
2. Peel and slice the onions. Salt and put in a colander to remove any water. Combine the quark cheese, sour cream, oil and egg yolk. Add a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper. <span title="Coupez le fromage de chèvre en rondelles.</p>
<p>">Cut the goat cheese into slices.
3. Preheat the oven to th. 8/9 - 250°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take 120g of dough and roll out in a thin layer of the size of the baking sheet. Spread 3 tablespoons of the mixture. Add 30 to 40 g of onions, 40 to 50 g of bacon, goat cheese slices and sprinkle with a little honey. <span title="Enfournez pour 8 minutes.</p>
<p>">Bake for 8 minutes.
4. Cut the flammekueche in equal portions. Repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients. As they do in Alsace, relish with your fingers.
