Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Beat 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper. Roll the chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon of flour, then the egg.
2. Mix 50 g of breadcrumbs with 50 g of grated parmesan cheese, coat the chicken in it. Cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Buttered a dish and place the chicken. Sprinkle with 50g of grated cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
