Garlic crusted chicken drumsticks with fries
We recommend you this recipe with chicken drumsticks in garlic crust with homemade fries. A gourmet dish to enjoy with family.
1. Prepare the fries. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices of 1 cm thick, then into sticks. Dip them in cold water and dry well in a cloth.
2. Heat the oil at 160°C, until it begins to simmer. Dip the fries in small batches and cook for 5 minutes in two times, without browning.
3. Drain and place on paper towels. Set aside.
4. Prepare the chicken: keep the hot cooking oil.
5. Peel and chop garlic. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Salt and pepper.
6. Mix the breadcrumbs with the garlic in a second plate. Dip the chicken drumsticks in the beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs with garlic.
7. Gently immerse the chicken drumsticks in small batches in the hot oil and fry for 15 minutes, turning constantly with a skimmer. Drain the chicken drumsticks in paper towels, salt, pepper and keep warm. Repeat with all the remaining ingredients.
8. Immerse again the fries in hot oil in small quantities. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden. Drain again on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately with the drumsticks.
