Ingredients
1.Shell 1 handful of salted pistachios, crush and set aside. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, 1 cup of instant coffee, ½ tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Cut 450 g of beef steak into small cubes, place them in a bowl, pour the dressing over and mix well.
3. Wash and chop 4 handfuls of arugula leaves, add in the tartare with pistachios. Salt, pepper and serve.
