Grilled beef yakitori skewers

1. Cut the beef into cubes. Cut the red pepper in half, remove the seeds and cut into pieces with the flesh of the cantaloupe. Thread the meat, pepper and cantaloupe on skewers. Combine 6 tablespoons of oil, 9 tablespoons of yakitori sauce, honey, thyme, and black pepper and brush the skewers.

2. Prepare the dip, cut the red pepper in half and remove the seeds. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into dice with the yellow pepper. Fry it all with the remaining oil and yakitori sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with thyme.

3. Crush all for a puree texture and season with turmeric and curry powder. Grill the skewers on the barbecue for 5 to 10 minutes and serve with the dip.
