  Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven at  180°C (th. 6). Beat the eggs in a bowl and incorporate the flour and yeast.

2. Cut the ham into cubes. Wash the figs. Dry and cut into small pieces. Incorporate the figs and ham to the batter, salt and pepper.

3. Buttered a loaf pan mould and pour in the batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Leave to cool and serve the cake in slices.
