Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Cut 100g of ham into thin strips. Chop 15 black olives. Cut 100 g of cheese into cubes. Sift 250 g of flour. Melt 80 g salted butter.
2. In a bowl, beat 3 egg, add the flour and baking powder 1. Salt and pepper. Stir gradually 15 cl semi-skimmed milk and melted butter. Mix well, let rest for 5 minutes and flavor with 1 teaspoon of Armagnac.
3. Add the cheese, ham and olives. Mix gently. Pour the mixture in a buttered loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.
