1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6). In a bowl, combine 230 g of flour, 20 cl of orange juice, 150 g of grated carrots, 160 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 12 cl oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 drop of vanilla extract and 1 pinch of ground nutmeg.

2. Mix until soft and smooth batter. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes.
