  Ingredients

1. Combine 250 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 4 eggs. Add 15 cl of white wine, 15 cl of olive oil, 180 grams of drained canned tuna, 100 g of grated emmental cheese and 20g of green olives cut into slices. Season with salt.

2. Pour the mixture in the oven in a loaf pan for 45 minutes at 210°C (th. 7).

3. Serve the sliced cake, warm or cold.
