Ingredients
1. Wash the cabbage, remove the outer leavea and chop the cabbage. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Heat the butter and the oil in a pot and brown the roast pork on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped cabbage, bouquet garni, sprinkle sugar. Pour the vinegar and 25 cl of water. Leave to cook for 45 minutes over low heat.
3. Peel the apples, remove the core and the seeds. Cut into quarters. Place the apples around the roast pork, add a little water if necessary and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
