Rib-eye steak with red wine sauce

1. Peel the onions. Wash the mushrooms and cut off the stalks.

2. Heat oil in a skillet. When hot, fry the bacon cut into strips, mushrooms and pearl onions. When they are golden brown, remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Clean the skillet and melt butter. Place the steaks and cook for 4 minutes before flipping. Add the garnish, salt and pepper.

4. When the meat is cooked to your liking, remove it from the pan and put it in a dish. Cover with foil.

5. Pour the red wine into the pan and boil for 5 minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan with a spatula. Sprinkle the meat with the sauce and serve immediately.
