Potatoes stuffed with cheddar and bacon

Cheddar is famous for its sublime taste. Enjoy cheddar cheese with this stuffed potato recipe.

  Ingredients

1. Wash and dry the potatoes and cut in half. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Steam for 20 minutes.

2. Grate the cheddar and cut the bacon into strips. Sprinkle the potato halves with grated cheddar, the bacon and season with freshly ground pepper. Preheat the oven in the “grill” position.

3. Place the potatoes on a baking tray. Bake and gratin the potatoes for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
