Sautéed potato salad with anchovies

Feast your eyes and your taste buds with this sumptuous salad with potatoes, anchovies, seasoned with garlic.

  Ingredients

1. Chop the garlic and anchovy fillets. Wash the potatoes and cut into quarters. In a wokbrown them in olive oil. When cooked, add the garlic and anchovies.

2. Allow to cook for 2 minutes and set aside. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add with the chopped basil.
