Ingredients
1. Peel and grate 500g potatoes, ½ onion and 1 garlic clove. Rinse and chop 3 sprigs of parsley.
2. In a bowl combine 20 cl of semi-skimmed milk, 2 eggs, 3 cl of olive oil, 120 g of flour and 60 g of gruyère cheese. Add salt and pepper and let stand for 15 minutes.
3. Cook the waffles in a waffle iron preheated and oiled. Serve with 1 slice of smoked salmon.
