Make this quick and easy breakfast of scrambled eggs with chopped herbs.

1. Melt butter over low heat in a pot.

2. Add the eggs, the milk and the salt and pepper.

3. Beat the mixture with a whisk in the pan. When it is almost cooked, remove from the heat and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
