Chard gratin with bacon

This comforting potato, chard and bacon gratin is something to look forward to at the end of a long day.

1. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th.7). Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into pieces. Wash the chards and boil with the potatoes in a pot filled with salted water for about 15 minutes.

2. Peel and chop the mushrooms, toss them in a pan for 5 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil.

3. In a gratin dish, place the vegetables and cover with soy cream. Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese and nutmeg. Top with bacon strips. Bake for 15 minutes.
