Here is a recipe to easily prepare gruyère cheese puffs. These small cheese bites are delicious.

Ingredients
1. In a saucepan, heat 20 cl of water with salt and butter, cut into pieces. When the butter has melted, remove the pan from the flame and add the flour all at once. Mix well and put the pan back on the heat. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture pulls away from sides of pan.
2. Remove from heat and add the eggs one at a time, combine well. Stir in the grated cheese. Preheat oven to th. 7-210°C.
3. Fill a pastry bag with the batter and pipe on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment paper, spacing by 2 cm. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with a salad.
