1. Cut the meat into small cubes. Wash and cut the zucchini into small cubes. Pour into a shallow dish.

2. Wash, dry, thin out and chop the parsley. Peel and chop the garlic. In a bowl, mix parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs and olive oil. Salt and pepper. Spread evenly the persillade over the meat and zucchini and mix well.

3. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Cover the baking sheet with a parchment paper sheet. Thread the meat and zucchini on skewers. Bake for 40 minutes, turning skewers regularly. Serve immediately.
