Moroccan kofta

  Ingredients

1. Peel 1 onion and 1 garlic clove. Fry them in a little olive oil.

2. Rinse and chop 1 handful of parsley and coriander. Add spices (cumin, cinnamon) and 300 g of ground lamb. Mix with the onion and garlic and roll into small balls.

3. Put into a bowl 250 g of semolina with 25 cl of boiling water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

4. Brown the meatballs for 3 minutes in a pan with a little olive oil. Flip them over and cook for 3 minutes.

5. Wash ½ red bell pepper, cut into cubes, add the meatballs with a little chopped onion, the tomato pulp, chickpeas and some spices (cumin, cinnamon ). Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

6. Serve with the semolina and add some fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley).
