Discover our easy recipe to prepare a chickpea cream with prawns. A mixture of vegetables and seafood to serve as a starter.

1. Squeeze the lemons. Peel and crush the garlic. Drain the chickpeas and put them in the bowl of the mixer. Add the sesame paste, lemon juice, garlic and a little salt, then blend.

2. Divide the chickpea cream into 4 bowls. Drizzle with olive oil.

3. Wash, dry, thin out and chop basil. Shell the prawns. At the last moment, add the prawns and sprinkle with basil. Serve chilled.
