Ingredients
1. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and dry coriander. Chop half of it and set aside the rest.
2. Put the meat, onion, half of the chopped coriander, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. Knead, then shape into meatballs.
3. Place a baking sheet on the stove and place over a tajine dish. Put the meatballs in it, pour the vegetable stock with the remaining chopped coriander, cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
4. Divide the meatballs into 4 shallow plates. Garnish with coriander sprigs. Serve hot with pasta, rice or semolina.
