For a quick meal or an appetizer, here is a recipe for ham wraps. You will love it.

  Ingredients

1. Place the tortilla bread on the work surface and moisten lightly with water. Spread cottage cheese on it.

2. Chop the chives and sprinkle over. Salt and pepper.

3. Arrange a layer of ham and then top with arugula. Roll in cling film. Tighten to give the form of the wrap.

4. Remove the film and cut the roll in several sections of 3 to 4 cm in length. Use wooden spikes to keep them closed. Arrange on a dish and serve.

Our cooking tip: For extra flavor, sprinkle the wraps paprika just before serving.
