For a quick and delicious meal, what about a waffle recipe with ham and Swiss cheese?

1. Pour 33 cl of beer in a glass and let the foam disappear. Pour 250 g of flour into a bowl, make a hole and add 4 eggs, 65 g of melted butter and 1 teaspoon salt.

2. Knead before gradually pouring the beer. Mix until smooth. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.

3. Heat the waffle iron and grease lightly. Add to the batter, 2 slices of chopped ham and 50 g of grated cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Mix.

4. Cook the waffles until golden. Serve warm.
