General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Wash, dry, thin out and chop basil. Chop 2 slices of ham.
2. Mix the chopped ham, ricotta, whole eggs, half of the basil and parmesan in a bowl. Salt and pepper.
3. Roll out the ham slices, spread the stuffing and roll. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the cannelloni. Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle with basil. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
