Cranberry and coleslaw burger

Gourmand Asia recommends you a burger recipe with cranberries and coleslaw. A hearty dish that will satisfy any cravings.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Wash the leaves of the white and red cabbage and cut into strips.

2. Peel 150 g of carrots, grate and mix them with the cabbage. Peel 150 g of mango and cut into slices. Wash 1 lettuce heart.

3. Combine 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 6 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt and pepper. Press the cabbage and carrots with your hands. Stir in the sauce and 60 g of dried cranberries. Marinate the coleslaw for 20 minutes.

4. Make 4 beef patties. Rub with a little oil. Fry them in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes each side.

5. Cut 4 burger buns in half, bake them for 5 minutes. Assemble the burger with one beef patty, divide the coleslaw, mango, lettuce and top with the other half of burger bun.
