This burger with blue cheese will undoubtedly delight gourmets. Plus you only need 15 minutes to make it!

General informations
Ingredients
1. Toast the buns. Cut them in half. Cook the meat and season. Spread some ketchup on one side of each bun. Place the meat on top and 1 slice of blue cheese.
2. Add 1 or 2 slices of tomato, onion and gherkins.
3. Top with arugula and close with the other half of the bun. Serve with a salad.
