  Ingredients

1. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon of hazelnut oil, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar, sea salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Toast 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts in a pan. Wash and dry 1 bag of mixed greens. Peel and core 2 pears, cut into strips.

3. Dice the blue cheese. On 4 plates, divide the mixed greens, pear slices, cheese and hazelnuts. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.

Our cooking tip: There are different kind of blue cheeses, pick you favorite one for this salad.
