Meat lovers, treat yourself to this simple idea of beef tenderloin in pepper crust.

Ingredients
1. Take the butter and meat from the fridge. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 – 200°C. Crush peppercorns and mix.
2. Work the butter to soften. Brush the beef fillet with it. Sprinkle a bit of fine salt and roll it gently into the crushed pepper to form a crust.
3. Place the meat in a baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes, wrap in aluminum foil.
Our cooking tip: Serve the beef tenderloin with sauteed potatoes and a peppercorn sauce.
