General informations
Ingredients
1. Peel 100g of onions and slice finely. Wash and chop 150 g of parsley and 150 g of coriander.
2. Place in a bowl 200 g of minced meat, onions, parsley, coriander, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (set aside 2 tablespoons in a glass) and a little water. Salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat until the liquid has completely evaporated, stirring regularly.
3. Pour in a container. Let cool, then add 4 eggs and 100 g of breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the olive oil set aside in the pan. Shape with a spoon or by hand croquettes and place them in the hot oil. Cook on both sides. Serve warm.
