Strawberry soup
Discover our easy recipe for a strawberry soup. To be served as a dessert.
1. Prepare the crispy dough: in a bowl, combine 100 g of spelt flour, 50 g of cane sugar, 30 g of wheat bran, 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder, ½ of baking powder.
2. Knead by hand, incorporating 6 cl of sunflower oil, and add the right amount of water to make a smooth dough ball. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
3. Shape the crispy dough in an oblong shape and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 170°C (th. 5/6).
4. Wash and hull the strawberries. Set aside a few of them. Blend the remaining fruits with 1 oat brick and 3 tablespoons of agave syrup. Cool and refrigerate. Garnish the soup with the diced strawberries set aside.
