1. In a bowl, combine together flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add eggs and stir well. Fold melted butter and mix with milk to avoid lumps. Let rest for 1 hour.

2. In a hot and lightly oiled pan, pour a small amount of batter, add some blueberries and cook the pancake over high heat.

3. Flip over and cook the other side. Pour maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
