Strawberry tartlets

Mascarpone cream and strawberries make a great combination. Exquisite!

1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Rinse and drain the strawberries. Cut 10 strawberries into half and let boil for 4 minutes with granulated  sugar and 5 tablespoons of water in a small pan. Then filter through a sieve and collect the syrup.

2. Cut 4 discs in the pastry dough and prick them with a fork. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

3. Mix the mascarpone, vanilla and icing sugar with a whisk. Hull the remaining strawberries and cut if necessary. Spread the mascarpone cream vanilla on the tartlets. Scatter the strawberries and top with a few drops of strawberry syrup.
