What better than a rhubarb compote to make a delicious dessert? Enjoy it alone or as an accompaniment.

  Ingredients

1. Peel the rhubarb and cut into sticks. Place them in a pot and add the sugar. Leave to cook in its own juices for 1 hour.

2. Cook for 40 minutes over low heat. Leave to cool and blend until you obtain a smooth compote.

3. Divide in glasses and set aside in the fridge until time to serve.

Our baking tip: serve with a touch of chantilly. This compote is perfect with plain yoghurt or cream cheese.
