Chantilly cream and almond tuiles

To all sweet tooth, follow our yummy recipe to make chantilly cream and almond tuiles. This dessert is tricky to do but trust us, the result is worth it.

  Ingredients

1. Whisk the egg whites with 100 g of sugar. Stir in the flour and 60 g of melted butter.

2. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7). Buttered a baking sheet with the remaining butter.

3. Divide small heaps of batter and spread thinly with a spatula. Sprinkle almond flakes. Bake for 6 minutes. The tuiles should be golden. Immediately place them on bowls to give them a cup shape. Leave to cool for 1 minute and remove.

4. Dice the figs. Whip up the cream into chantilly, adding the caster sugar at the end.

5. On each plate, place 2 tuiles on one another. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Garnish with whipped cream. Sprinkle with diced figs and chocolate shavings. Decorate with a candied cherry.
