Red fruit and almond gratin

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

2. Pour the cream into a bowl. Add the whole eggs, caster sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk. Add the almond powder and mix.

3. Buttered 6 ramekins. Divide the mixture, then the fruits. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife, it should come out clean. Let cool.

4. Roast the almonds in a pan heated with no fat. Sprinkle flaky almonds on top. Serve warm or cold.
