Ingredients
1. Rinse the leeks thoroughly and chop them finely. Place the leeks in a steamer and place in the basket above the cod fillets. Steam for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to th. 7 – 210 °C. Prepare the crumble batter: combine butter with flour and almonds. Add pepper. Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the batter. Bake for 5 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
3. Wash, pat dry and mince chives. Arrange the leeks in 4 plates, place on top the cod fillet and cover with almond crumble. Sprinkle with minced chives. Serve immediately.
