Raspberry and orange granita

Easy, quick and low-calorie fruit granita recipe, only 185 Kcal per person.

1. Pour 10 cl of water and sugar in a saucepan. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and bring to a boil. Leave to a boil for 3 minutes and cool.

2.  Cut 3/4 of the oranges three quarters. With a small knife, scoop out the flesh without damaging the skin. Place the empty shells in the freezer.

3. Blend the pulp with raspberries. Strain the juice through a chinois or a strain. Add the juice to the cooled syrup and pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer for 3 hours scraping the granita with a fork every 30 minutes.

4. Divide the granita into the 4 orange shells and serve immediately.

Our tip: Garnish with a few whole raspberries and mint leaves.
