Here is an easy recipe to prepare a strawberry granita. A great summer dessert for everyone.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Pour 15 cl of water and sugar in a saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Set aside.
2. Wash and hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Peel and cut pineapple into chunks. Place the fruits in an electric mixer bowl. Add the warmed syrup and mx until a thin purée.
3. Pour into an ice tray and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Using a fork, scrape the granita every 30 minutes until it is completely made up of ice crystals.
4. Before serving, pour the granita into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries.
