General informations
Ingredients
1. Pour into a pan 15 cl of water, sugar and green tea. Stir to dissolve the sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, and let cool. Strain the green tea syrup in a bowl.
2. Add the lime juice into the syrup, pour into an ice tray and place in the freezer for 3 hours, scraping the granita with a fork every 30 minutes.
3. Divide the granita into glasses, garnish with lemon zest and serve immediately.
