For a fruity dessert, here is a recipe for a peach soup. It’s easy to do and delicious.

Ingredients
1. Squeeze the lime. Put the sugar and 20 cl of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until a syrup texture.
2. Wash the peaches, cut them in half and pit. Put them in a bowl and then sprinkle the lime juice and syrup. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Serve the peaches in bowls, pour the syrup and decorate with 1 sprig of chervil.
